LAND
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Rook's Theatre gratefully acknowledges that the work we do takes place on Turtle Island, in what is known today as the City of Hamilton. Here, we are situated on the traditional territories of the Erie, Neutral, Huron-Wendat, Haudenosaunee and Mississaugas. This land is covered by the Dish With One Spoon Wampum Belt Covenant, an agreement between the Haudenosaunee and Anishnaabek to share and care for the resources around the Great Lakes.
